Meaning Now: Recovery from Existential Burnout & Psychological Trauma

A Path Back to Dignity, Purpose, and Belonging

At Humanity Without Conditions, we believe recovery is more than the absence of pain — it’s the presence of meaning.

Our Meaning Now Program, based on Viktor Frankl’s Logotherapy, helps frontline workers in conflict zones, refugee leaders, and displaced community members reclaim agency, heal deeply, and rebuild their lives with purpose.

why this program matters

Displacement strips away more than homes — it can erode identity,
belonging, and hope. Many live in limbo, caught between loss and uncertainty.

This program helps participants:

what is Logotherapy?

Logotherapy was developed by Viktor Frankl, an Austrian psychiatrist and Holocaust survivor. Through his own survival and the suffering he witnessed, Frankl discovered that even in the face of unimaginable loss, humans can endure — and even grow — if they find meaning in their lives.

Our program adapts these principles for refugees and displaced people, offering a pathway to transform the pain of exile into renewed purpose and leadership.

our approach

Rooted in Viktor Frankl’s Logotherapy and adapted for the refugee experience and their cultural contexts,, we combine:
